Cowboy K9 Intro to Nosework Class

First Class February 24th, 2022 at 6:30pm

Cowboy K9 8 week Intro to AKC Nosework class meets on Thursdays at 6 pm at 1200 Skyline Dr. Laramie, WY. The fee is $240 and is payable in full on or before the first evening of class (October 28th). There will be 8 weeks of classes. Please be present and on-time for all classes. Over the 8 weeks we will introduce the following concepts:

Nosework as a sport

Rock Solid Indication (motivation, shaping, approximation)

Searching for Odor (proofing, transferring, indication)

Discrimination and Generalizing



Working for toys vs food

After the end of the course there will be a mock trial conducted as a test of your new skills!
